IT Trainer - Maestro of Tech Tutorials

Do you thrive at the intersection of IT and education and have experience in a law firm environment? We are looking for an IT Learning Specialist/IT Trainer, well-versed in law firm technologies, to improve our team's tech fluency.

Your Subject:

Develop, deliver, and coordinate training on IT applications commonly used in law firms.

Drive user adoption of our IT systems through engaging and effective training sessions.

Produce clear and comprehensible training materials and guides tailored to all competence levels.

‍⚖️ Provide one-on-one coaching, classroom training, webinars, and more, adopting a flexible approach to suit our dynamic team.

Who You Are:

A seasoned IT trainer, ideally within the legal industry, with a deep understanding of law firm technologies.

A listener, capable of understanding team needs and tailoring training content accordingly.

An influencer, able to inspire and drive adoption of new technologies and systems.

An excellent communicator, delivering tech concepts in simple, clear terms across all levels of an organization.

Your Backpack:

A degree, preferably in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.

⚖️ Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Learning Specialist or IT Trainer, ideally within a law firm environment.

Bonus Marks:

⭐ Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems.

⭐ Understanding of mix learning styles and techniques to cater to a diverse audience.
