If you like the idea of building a rewarding career, developing others, and helping to create a great customer experience, we want to talk with youOther Shift Manager duties include:Processing loans and extensionsComing to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawnedPerforming opening and closing store proceduresSupervising and coaching store Team MembersRequirements for the Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawnbroker) role:High school diploma or GEDMinimum 1 years of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experienceAble to pass a criminal background check and drug testValid driver's license and auto insuranceAdhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulationsKnowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plusSales background, a plusBilingual, a plus*No cost for TM only medical insurance when selecting BlueCross BlueShield EPO Plan.
