Come join the fastest-growing hospice care in the Midwest.Schedules to choose from: 3x 12-hour shifts, 5x 8-hour shifts OR 2-12-hour shifts and 2-8-hours shifts per weekCompensation: Now offering $28-$38 per hourWhat We offer:Great culture and team atmosphereComprehensive benefits effective on the first of the month401(k) retirement plan with a generous company matchGenerous time off accrualsPaid holidaysMileage reimbursementTuition ReimbursementEmployee Referral ProgramHospice Certification benefit and salary increaseMerit IncreasesEmployee Discount ProgramsWhat You'll Do:Provide direct patient care as defined in State Nurse Practice ActImplement current nursing practice following a comprehensive assessment and the plan of careProvide accurate and timely documentation of patient services to reflect the plan of careAssess and provide patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and self-plan of careParticipate in the coordination of hospice services, appropriately reporting the identified needs to the interdisciplinary group.Provide appropriate pain/symptom management. Evaluates the patient's response to treatments/medicationsQualifications:Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or a vocational nursing programThree years of nursing experience.
