Role Description

This is a full-time position to work individually and alongside our project managers, estimators, and engineers to assist them and the projects as needed. Will be required to perform duties such as field surveying and verifying measurements, instrumentation / CAD drafting, material sampling, reporting, plan reading, scheduling, etc. The goal is to become proficient in construction and promoted into a PM role.


Disclaimer: Despite all the useful tools we have created on the computer, we still need to bring in heavy equipment and get our hands dirty to make virtual concepts a physical reality.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction Management Preferred, but not required.
  • Career Minded
  • Self-Driven and strong work ethic
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical Skills and Project Management capabilities
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices is a plus
  • Willing to work nights/weekends as the job demands
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
  • CAD design / Survey Experience is a plus
  • Steel Fabrication / Mechanical Experience is a plus
