The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting projects of significant size, scope, and complexity. This position involves coordinating projects, providing systems integration support, and facilitating a variety of administrative support activities. The Project Coordinator will ensure that project documentation is maintained and deliverables are met according to customer requirements. The role demands a solid understanding of office routines, Microsoft applications, and work management systems./ppEssential Responsibilities:/pulliProject Coordination: Coordinate and support projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines./liliDocumentation Management: Review and maintain project documentation, ensuring it meets the required standards before delivery to customers./liliAdministrative Support: Perform varied clerical and secretarial duties, understanding office routines and organizational processes./liliSystems Integration Support: Provide general systems integration support to enhance project delivery and efficiency./liliPublic Works Support: Facilitate work management support, including service order dispatching, report coordination, and work order activity management./liliCommunication: Edit and refine documentation, ensuring clear and concise communication to stakeholders./li/ulpMinimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:/pulliExperience: At least five (5) years of experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity./liliTechnical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft products such as WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project./liliOrganizational Skills: Ability to perform clerical duties with a comprehensive understanding of office routines and organization./liliSystems Aptitude: Aptitude to grasp work management systems and other applicable applications related to the offices work./liliSecurity Clearance: Possession of a TS security clearance at the start of the contract./li/ulpWork Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:/pulliWork Environment: The position requires working in an office setting with standard office equipment. The environment is dynamic, requiring flexibility and adaptability./liliPhysical Demands: The role may involve sitting for extended periods, typing, and using a computer.
