This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.The Role:We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager, to join our Occupier Real Estate Division, focusing on the corporate occupier and lease accounting software market. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 10-15 years of experience managing a team of Account Executives selling 'business to business' SaaS software solutions. The successful applicant will have a competitive nature and take a solution orientated approach to sales. We are looking for someone who has built and grown sales teams and brings energy and passion to their role as mentor and coach. If you have experience from within the Property Management or Lease Accounting sector, then that would be advantageous.Responsibilities:Achieve or overachieve financial targetsDevelop and execute strategy for achievement of business results tied to overall sales strategyAttract and retain top talent within sales team with a strong focus on building a pipeline of candidates for potential open territoriesDrive high activity by conducting team prospecting sessions with direct reportsEnsure that each team member is capable of developing and maintaining C-level relationshipsProvide leadership through effective communication of the NA Occupier StrategyCoach and develop direct reports on a regular basisImprove the team's success through effective leadership and mentorshipTake ownership for own professional growth and support the team's professional growthCollaborate cross-departmentally: Marketing, Product, Professional Services and legalAssist your team in negotiating pricing and contractual terms to close salesResponsible for forecasting all opportunities based on MRI Software's sales model and opportunity management definitionsWhat you'll need:Minimum 10-15 years shown consultative sales experience in high technology (services, software or hardware), with 5+ years of management experience.
