Class A OTR Reefer Truck Driver

We are seeking experienced Class A drivers with a minimum of 1 year of Class A CDL OTR tractor-trailer experience to join our team and transport dry van and reefer trailers. Position Highlights: Drivers will typically work Monday to Friday, with a 34-hour reset over the weekend. Consistent runs covering areas including Northern IL, Northern IN, Lower MI, and possibly OH. Enjoy a steady weekly income with 100% no touch freight and some drop and hook. Compensation Overview: Flat rate of $280 per day or 62 cents per mile. Weekly earnings of $1400, translating to an annual salary between $73,000 and $78,000. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vacation, and 401k. Paid orientation and holiday time off. 401k plan with company matching contributions. Short- and long-term disability insurance available. Minimum Requirements: A valid Class A CDL is mandatory. At least 1 year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience is required. Candidates must reside within 1 hour of Jackson, WI. Equipment Details: Operate newer Cascadia Freightliners with features such as APU's, easy pass/pre pass, and 1800-watt inverters. Trucks are governed at 70 mph and equipped with mounts for TVs and microwaves, plus built-in refrigerators. Benefits Include: 401(k) with company matching. Dental and vision insurance options.
