Local Sales RepresentativeThe Local Sales Representative role will have the primary responsibility of delivering the business plan for the assigned group of customers within their assigned geography. The Local Sales Representative will support the Area Sales Manager of On-Premise and play a critical role in the profitable growth of their assigned account base within their respective markets. This role will lead, initiate and prepare all contract negotiations in partnership with the Area Sales Manager that will be presented and shared with customers.The job description includes duties and responsibilities such as delivering key metrics goals, expanding customer growth through new business acquisitions, developing trusting relationships with customers, identifying optimal packages and brands, performing timely business reviews, identifying volume trends, and maintaining accountability for time spent in the market with customers. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional partners, preparing business reviews, creating contract documents, assembling data for customer evaluations, and completing assigned training courses.Knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position include strong selling skills, communication skills, computer skills, planning, organization, and administration skills. The job also involves frequent driving and walking, with lifting often up to 50lbs.Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business management or administration.The work environment is an office environment.
