Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Operations Logistics Coordinator. The ideal talent will be responsible for but not limited to: General ordering from SAP and other vendors, vehicle management, assisting with mail services, assisting with mail services, assisting with space planning, sending out communications, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, coordinating with other members of the Facilities and Operations team to complete tasks related to tenant improvement, moves, billing, vehicles, mail, AV and warehousing. Coordinate with vendors to bid work, conduct punch walks, ensure work is properly complete, and track billing. Assist in the coordination of internal labor to support day to day operations. Assists with global logistics movement of assets between primary warehouse and project locations


- Ensures daily compilation of warehouse shipping requests through warehousing software system

-Assists in developing and coordinating of outbound and inbound shipments while ensuring timely delivery of goods

• May act as a representative of the Facilities and Operations Division on the project team


Responsibilities:

  • Develops relationships with owner/operator and may act as a representative for WDI
  • Assists in problem solving and conflict resolution on projects and elevates appropriate issues to Manager/Director level
  • Assists with providing administrative direction to maintain project costs within budget
  • Ensure conformance to all divisional standards and procedures
  • Plans and coordinates warehousing space and billing requests

Basic Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work well and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills. 3+year’s experience in office and project type environment.
  • Must be able to drive company vehicle
  • AA degree or equivalent work experience


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.05 to $31.17 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
