Your future begins hereThe responsibility of the Middle Market Banker II is to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position. They have responsibility for developing new middle market business through consultative sales efforts. They manage a high level and emerging loan and deposit portfolio providing superior client service. They analyze financial information to evaluate the credit worthiness of loan requests.

Together with portfolio managers, they compile loan packages ensuring completeness and accuracy of information provided. They work with the Bank's product teams to cross-sell products and services of the Bank. They assure that all loans are following State and Federal regulations and Bank policies and procedures. Success in the role is defined by efficacy in calling activity, proposal generation, revenue generation, risk mitigation, and ability to build successful relationships.
