These goals include but are not limited to: Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card SalesSuccessfully lead the front desk team to exceed all sales and performance goalsProvide an exceptional experience to all guests and valued members, as measured by our Service Level Standard scoresOversee and manage daily operations of the front deskAssist General Manager in managing the daily operations of the businessTrain, monitor, and coach teams, including in-the-moment coachingAssist in recruiting, onboarding, and training all new hires at the front deskMaintain a detailed knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on the benefits of specific services and enhancementsPassionately promote sales, promotions, and eventsUphold spa cleanliness standardsPerform administrative functions in conjunction with the General Manager including sales reporting, register operations, cash handling, etc.The GMIT has a varied schedule including weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday hourly schedules, and flexible availability is preferred.Role Requirements:Passion for people and providing excellent serviceAbility to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidaysAbility to occasionally travel for training, conferences, or other business-related activitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA fast learner with a positive attitudeComputer proficiency including MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets; knowledge of Zenoti or similar appointment systems is a plusA strong team player with the ability to work independentlyExceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multitaskingCritical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolutionWe can't wait to meet youCompensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
