The Founding CTO will be a true technical partner to the foundersowning architecture, execution, and early team formation.The RoleWe're looking for a Founding CTO who is highly hands-on and comfortable building from the ground up. This role starts as a lead individual contributor and evolves into a technical leader responsible for hiring and managing the engineering team.You'll work closely with the founders to translate vision into a scalable, cost-efficient product and define the long-term technical roadmap.ResponsibilitiesLead the 0-to-1 build of the company's core productArchitect and implement a cost-efficient, scalable tech stackOwn full-stack development, including backend services, frontend delivery, and data modelingMake early architectural decisions with scalability and maintainability in mindAct as a hands-on individual contributor in the early phaseHire, mentor, and lead the engineering team as the company growsPartner closely with founders on product vision, execution strategy, and technical trade-offsEstablish best practices for engineering, deployment, and securityPreferred Tech StackOpen to the CTO's recommendationTypeScript-based stack encouraged (e.g., React + Node.js) for cost efficiency and speedRequired ExperienceProven experience as a Founding Engineer, Lead Engineer, or CTO in an early-stage startupDemonstrated success building and shipping a 0-to-1 productStrong full-stack expertise, including backend systems, frontend frameworks, and data modelingExperience designing systems with scalability and growth in mindComfortable working onsite in Miami, especially during the initial monthsWillingness to balance execution today with leadership tomorrowInterview ProcessG2i Pre-ScreenFounder Interview focused on vision, technical approach, and execution planFinal Onsite Meeting before offer
