Position Summary: Join our dedicated Otolaryngology team as a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, specializing in pediatric care. This role provides you the chance to deliver comprehensive outpatient care for both routine and complex ENT conditions. The ideal candidate will perform minor in-office procedures and thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered clinical setting. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and manage pediatric patients facing a wide range of otolaryngologic challenges. Proficiently perform minor office procedures with attention and care. Provide care across multiple clinic locations, with a willingness to travel to up to three sites on different days. Maintain a full outpatient clinic schedule during regular business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), with no inpatient duties or on-call responsibilities. Education: Graduate degree from an accredited nursing school or equivalent education for licensing. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner or 2 years of registered nurse experience in an acute care setting. While experience is preferred, we welcome new graduates who demonstrate a promising background and experience. Required Professional License and/or Certifications: Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP). Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Missouri Division of Professional Registration or another Compact State. Nurse Practitioner (CNP) certification from the Missouri Division of Professional Registration. Certification as either a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Acute Care (CPNP-AC), Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Primary Care (CPNP-PC), Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (PPCNP-BC), or Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). Demonstrated experience in comprehensive ENT clinical care for pediatrics, preferably with a surgical background. Exceptional interpersonal skills characterized by patience, approachability, and professionalism.
