Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy and execution across the USA. This role is critical to our company as you will be pioneering our sales efforts, launching a new technology product tailored for the equestrian space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully introducing products to the market, with a strong emphasis on building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and entities. Your experience in the equestrian industry will be invaluable as you navigate and connect with our core audience.

As the inaugural member of our US sales team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sales in our business. This includes establishing robust sales systems and processes, laying the foundation for a thriving sales culture, and strategically growing the team. Your leadership will directly influence our market penetration and overall success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the US market, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key stakeholders within the equestrian industry.
  • Launch our new technology product to the equestrian market, creating buzz and establishing a strong brand presence.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team; responsible for hiring, training, and managing sales personnel.
  • Design and implement sales processes and systems to scale our sales efforts and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align on product positioning, market feedback, and sales enablement tools.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Familiarity with the equestrian industry and a network within equestrian circles highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Experience in starting and scaling sales teams, including setting up sales processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute on a vision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel as needed within the USA.
  • Florida resident.
