Community AssociateThe New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is the nation's largest public housing authority, with an operating budget of $4.4 billion and over 12,000 employees who manage and maintain 274 Section 9 developments that house about 330,000 residents in over 161,000 apartments. NYCHA also operates the country's largest Section 8 program, which provides rental assistance to about 200,000 additional people. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the Community Associate for Healthy Homes Administration Department will be assisting the team with the administrative and clerical support needed.
