Driven by our philosophy that we are all together better, at Sharecare, we are committed to supporting each individual through the lens of their personal health and making high-quality care more accessible and affordable for everyone.The Vice President of Payor Sales will be responsible for leading Sharecare's growth strategy within the health plan and payor markets, including commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid segments. This executive will own the full sales lifecyclefrom strategic targeting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and handoff to implementation. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of selling population health, care management, or digital health solutions into payors, with deep relationships across the industry and a strong understanding of value-based care dynamics, and industry trends in digital health. While the position will report to the SVP of Sales, it will also work in close collaboration with the GM of Sharecare's Enterprise Division.Essential Job Functions:Achieve and exceed team bookings/revenue targets through execution of sales to payorsForecast pipeline and opportunity progression to Sr. Leadership in a pre-defined cadenceCoach and develop team members while measuring them against key performance criteriaAchieve and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue targets in specific geographic and/or market segmentsWork closely with the broader Sales, Product & Account Management Leadership to ensure alignment with key corporate initiatives and goalsDevelop strategic territory plans to maximize revenue from assigned market segments and targeted accountsForecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets to executive leadership on a timely basisLeverage CRM system of record to manage all opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasting and reportingWork closely with multiple teams to demonstrate Sharecare solutions to prospective customers via in-person and web presentationsCollaborate with the RFP team to deliver best-in-class proposals to prospective clientsCoordinate with Sharecare Implementation Services, Account Management and Client Success on pre/post-sales implementation, launch plans, and hand-off processServe as a voice of the market, providing input on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategyCollaborate and coordinate with Marketing to support voice of customer and influence our demand generation efforts and mindshare creationParticipate and support cross functional projects as requested by the Senior Leadership teamSpecific Skills/ Attributes:Demonstrate service excellenceTrack record of achieving sales results within a competitive environmentHigh energy, drive, achievement orientationExperience in an entrepreneurial environment is highly desirableHighly developed organizational, planning and management skills and with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with othersThe ability to take a vigorous hands-on role in marketing products and services to large accountsSolid organizational, management, administrative and human relations skills in a style that exhibits maturity, leadership, sensitivity and teamworkQualifications:Generally requires a minimum of 7+ years of related experienceMinimum requirement of Bachelor's DegreeProficiency with Salesforce.com and other industry-standard sales toolsSales training and experience with solution, consultative, strategic and/or conceptual sellingSharecare and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity Employers and E-Verify users.
