Financial Planning & AnalysisFinance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.Responsibilities:Execute key deliverables for monthly segment results and variance driversParticipate in development of annual segment budget and strategic financial plan (SFP)Prepare quarterly segment forecast, including drivers and analysis on variancesExecute key deliverables which contribute to the Operating Committee materials and Finance slides for CEO staff meetingCollaborate with Investor Relations team in development of quarterly external messaging and materials for the segmentPartner with Strategy and segment teams, contributing to quarterly Board of Directors materials for the segmentAssist in developing segment calendar of deliverables and work closely with BU Finance teams to ensure timeliness and accuracy of materialsPartner closely with Medical Segment BU Finance teams to understand the drivers of the businessOwn and maintain key aspects of the segment Admin expense budget, forecast and drivers, including collaborating with Corporate on allocationsPartner with Enterprise team to manage segment deliverablesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred4-8 years' experience, preferredAnticipated salary range: $80,900 - $115,500Benefits:Medical, dental and vision coveragePaid time off planHealth savings account (HSA)401k savings planAccess to wages before pay day with myFlexPayFlexible spending accounts (FSAs)Short- and long-term disability coverageWork-Life resourcesPaid parental leaveHealthy lifestyle programsApplication window anticipated to close: 2/17/2026 if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.
