CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 20,000 employees worldwide.Responsible for operating commercial vehicles with a Class A driver's license.Shift: Overnight/Early MorningPay: Starting at $31.05/hrDuties and Responsibilities:Inspects the truck pre- and post-trip.Accurately complete vehicle inspection sheets, fuel consumption logs, daily log sheets, bills of lading, vehicle trip records, and expense reports.Ensures all cargo is loaded, checked, and safely secured during transit.Assists with or oversees loading and unloading of cargo to ensure secure transit.Acquires all proper signatures on shipping/receiving documents.Monitors the maintenance and repair of the truck.Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and representing the company positively.Responsible for following all Federal and State DOT regulations as well as warehouse safety regulations.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills and Experience:Requires a commercial driver's license (Class A CDL) and appropriate endorsements.Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card and maintain a complete US DOT driver qualification file.2+ years recent commercial delivery-driving experience.Valid state-issued driver's license, with a clean driving record.Capacity to demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and dependability.Good hand-eye coordination.Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills and Experience:Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus.Strong commitment to customer service.Possess specialized skills for managing hazardous materials.Educational Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Physical Demands and Working Conditions:The ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 85 lbs., if necessary.Flexible shifts with the capability to undertake overnight trips 1-2 nights per week.Comfortable sitting for extended periods.You will love working in our family-oriented company When you join our family, you will enjoy perks such as:Weekly pay every ThursdayMonthly Incentive BonusPositive, team-oriented, inclusive workplaceHealth, Dental, Vision, & Prescription CoveragePaid holidays, vacation, & sick/personal timeBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Life insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountTuition reimbursementWork Authorization:United States (Required)Must be 18 years of ageWorking Days:Monday (Required)Tuesday (Required)Wednesday (Required)Thursday (Required)Friday (Required)Apply today to join our dynamic team CTDI offers an excellent compensation and benefits package and has been a growing leader in the telecommunications field for over 40 years.
