· Territory Management: Identify and define your sales territory, including potential customers, competitors, and market trends. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market dynamics and create a plan to maximize sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. This involves analyzing market data, identifying target customers, and creating sales plans to effectively penetrate the market.
· Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key doctors and staff, clients, distributors, and channel partners within your territory. Establish strong rapport and trust with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
