Job Title: Transportation & Logistics Supervisor

Location: Fife, WA

Direct Hire

Salary: $62,000 – $73,000 DOE

RecruitGigs is hiring on behalf of a client for a hands-on Transportation & Logistics Supervisor in Fife, WA. This role is ideal for a Class A CDL driver with leadership experience who can oversee daily logistics operations while stepping in to drive when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Coordinate transportation schedules and collaborate with distribution centers and 3PL providers
  • Manage day-to-day communication with vendors and logistics partners
  • Monitor key performance metrics and contribute to operational improvements
  • Assist with route planning, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with DOT and transportation regulations
  • Drive locally as needed to support operations

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class A CDL required
  • 4+ years of experience working with third-party logistics or transportation teams
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
