Spa Sales AssociateHand and Stone of West Seattle is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with appointments, and promoting our services to enhance the overall client experience.We pride ourselves in promoting a culture of respect, accountability, integrity, honesty, and care for both our employees and clients.DutiesPromote spa services and products through effective sales techniques.Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling inquiries (via phone, email, text or in-person).Utilize POS and Zenoti software to process transactions and maintain accurate client records.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa.Handle any client concerns or feedback professionally, ensuring a positive experience.Other tasks as assigned by the management team.SkillsStrong sales abilities to effectively promote spa services and products (Memberships, packages, enhancements, gift cards).Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Goal oriented with an outgoing personality to be able to meet personal and business goals.Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in POS systems and spa software for transaction processing (Preferred).Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.Ability to work alone or with a team.Ability to work within the guidelines and policies of Hand and Stone.Compensation$21 hourly starting rateCommission on memberships and retail sales1 free service every other month in addition to discounted massages.Paid sick time offMatching 401KJoin our team as a Sales Associate and contribute to creating an exceptional experience for our clients while growing your skills in a vibrant spa environment
