Spirit AeroSystems focuses on affordable, innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions to support customers around the globe.Key AccountabilitiesKey member of a team responsible for synchronizing the supply chain to procure goods and services for the company. Interfaces with internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality parts. Acts as an authorized agent of the company, managing supplier-related activities and committing company resources through contracts, agreements, and purchase orders. Develops requests for quotations and proposals, analyzes supplier responses, negotiates contracts, and manages post-award supplier activities. Manages inventory levels, purchase orders, and supplier performance. Monitors customer inventory demand and material assets to optimize total supply chain planning.QualificationsRequired Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related field. High School Diploma or GED Preferred Skills: Strong data analysis skills are a plus. Knowledge or experience in manufacturing and manufacturing processes is advantageous. Familiarity with MRP Systems, with preference given to SAP experience.
