Job Description:

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate would be excited to build their analytical and financial skillset in a fast-growing organization. As a Financial Analyst, you would work closely with the Director of Finance to produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports along with forecasts to support senior management in business planning and decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly budget-to-actual reports, investigating and analyzing plan variances and performing account reconciliations as needed for assigned functional leaders.
  • Compile financial schedules for forecasting preparation and quarterly reporting.
  • Prepare financial reports, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and participate in the maintenance and enhancement of quarterly management reporting packs.
  • Assist in the coordination and development of the annual budget process.
  • Perform and lead ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested by management in support of financial and business priorities as needed.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proficient in financial modeling techniques and tools.
  • Experience with Intacct or Salesforce is a plus.
