If you love to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment where no two days are the same, then this is the role for youWhat will I do?Provide incredible service to customers and engage collaboratively with employeesManage lottery machines, issue gift cards, sell stamps and maintain the bottle return room where applicableAdminister Shopper's Club program, check out customers as necessary, perform refunds and exchangesAdhere to and uphold company policies, procedures, and guidelinesQuickly identify and provide solutions or resources to assist customersManage employee performance and development by providing resources, training, feedbackRequired Qualifications1 or more years of work experienceComputer skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience leading a teamPassion and expertise in relevant productsAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new situations
