The Brand Ambassador is responsible for creating lasting, positive impressions through authentic meaningful interactions in all aspects of their responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and acknowledge customers in a genuinely upbeat courteous and professional manner.Capture customer expectation by engaging with visitors in an immediate manner by monitoring activity throughout customer stay.Act as mobile cashier when needed to expedite customer transaction.Answer internal/external phone calls transferred from Operator or BDC.Anticipate needs of client and/or identify any possible situation that will adversely affect the customer experience and act in a manner that will remedy the situation.Communicate need or issue with appropriate team members when necessary (manager, support staff, advisor, etc.).Assist in building an online presence.Assist with online reputation management.Achieve required survey result.Maintain hospitality refreshment area so that it remains clean, tidy and fully stocked for customer needs and serve customers when required.Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers.Maintain excellent knowledge of service and vehicle products, dealership promotions and events, and MBM policies and procedures.Be able to commute into and out of Manhattan/New York City on a daily basis.QualificationsBachelors degree required.Must be SOE Certified within 6 months of employment.STAR certified within 1 year of employment and Master certified within 4 years of employment.Understanding and appreciation of marketing and public relations.Natural leadership skills.Exhibits confidence and constant positivity.Traits that make you want to join in and listen.Ability to gather information and gain innovative insight from customers (internal and external).Ability to foster strong, loyal relationships between customer and brand.Passionate about and familiar with MB Brand and products or luxury brand or services.Skilled at making deep connections.Sense of creativity and innovation.Understanding of online social and digital space.Professional appearance.Engaged in NYC lifestyle and culture.Luxury Customer Service Experience Preferred.EEO StatementMercedes-Benz of Manhattan is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that appreciates and leverages the diversity of our team.
