In addition to highly competitive salaries, we offer a bonus program, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, including a robust wellness program; paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days; and much more.Expected base hourly range of $28.02 to $34.26, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).The Journeyman HVAC Installer installs and modifies existing residential HVAC equipment and all types of related products according to installation instructions, supervisor instructions, and all applicable county or city codes, which includes performing miscellaneous troubleshooting and repairs, modifying and fabricating sheet metal as needed per installation, and identifying any electrical, plumbing, and/or safety problems that apply to the installation and take necessary corrective action.Primary Duties and AccountabilitiesAssists in advanced applications of home comfort products.Performs clerical duties necessary to complete job work orders.Performs independent work in residential heating and air conditioning, replacement applications, residential plumbing and gas piping, residential flue venting, and residential sheet metal ducting applications.Trains others in general work skills related to residential home comfort applications and residential HVAC installation applications.Maintains proper truck stock and equipment maintenance.Works independently or under direct supervision, applying established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.Minimum Qualifications: Journeyman HVAC Installer3-years of experience in residential HVAC installationsEligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's licenseState Journeyman HVAC licenseLevels I & II CFC CertificationDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writingProven customer service skillsWilling and available to work overtime when requiredPossess basic hand tools to properly perform job requirementsDemonstrated knowledge of sheet metal skills, copper, and gas piping installationsDemonstrated knowledge of residential gas and electric heating furnaces and residential hot water heatersMinimum Qualifications: Sr Journeyman HVAC InstallerState Journeyman HVAC licenseLevels I & II CFC Certification5-years of experience in residential HVAC installationsPossess necessary sheet metal, refrigeration, and troubleshooting tools required for daily work assignmentsEligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid drivers license.Possess basic hand tools to properly perform job requirementsWilling and available to work overtime when requiredPreferred QualificationsValid gas fitter's licensePossession of a Maryland 2 lb certification
