Position Overview:

Tru Fragrance & Beauty is seeking a dynamic and analytical FP&A Analyst with a focus on Ecommerce Forecasting to join our Finance team reporting to the FP&A Manager at our headquarters in Willowbrook, IL. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong foundation in forecasting, advanced excel skills, and analytical capabilities. Experience in NetSuite is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Conduct detailed analysis of Ecommerce sales performance, trends, and drivers to provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecast accuracy assessment.
• Support the FP&A Manager in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Ecommerce forecasting processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with marketing teams to develop sales forecasts for the new product launches and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Proven experience with forecasting techniques and methodologies, with a focus on Ecommerce forecasting preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.
