Sr. Logistics Analyst

Senior Logistics AnalystThe Senior Logistics Analyst will lead efforts related to operational, financial and business analysis to support logistics centers, integration services, and corporate customers. Success in this role will depend upon working closely with management to provide information, analyses and feedback to help manage the business. Additionally, this role provides leadership and coaching to other analysts ensuring further development of operations analysis within the logistics organization.What You'll Do:Conduct operational and financial reviews, developing appropriate reporting, validation, recommendations and trackingDevelop action plans to address key focus areas and implement metrics, reporting and analysis for worldwide locations or functionsWork with the logistics management team to determine areas of opportunities and/or risksConduct operations analyses that encompass operating procedures, departmental performance and budget activitiesProvide operational and financial analysis for regional networks or each individual logistics centerConduct material handling reviews and financial payback analysis to support required specifications, evaluation, and selection of capital equipmentConduct financial payback analysis to support required specifications, evaluation, and selection of IT systemsExecute within the operational planning processes, including productivity reviews, freight analysis, capacity planning, product mix impact, headcount requirements, trend analysis and preparation of budgetsConduct analysis to support or validate new facility development, and existing facility expansionMeets attendance and punctuality standardsWhat We're Looking For:We're looking for passionate individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to make a difference.
