Your responsibilities will include greeting customers professionally, verifying their identification, assisting with application forms, and entering data into online driver license systems. You will also supply relevant forms and informational brochures based on customer needs. Additionally, you will administer standardized knowledge tests to evaluate applicants' understanding of motor vehicle laws and traffic regulations, as well as conduct vision screenings using a telebinocular instrument. It is essential to accurately input test results and customer application data into online systems while being knowledgeable about the services provided, including the requirements for obtaining REAL ID and non-REAL ID products. You will address inquiries related to driver's license renewals, duplicates, out-of-state transfers, motorcycle licenses, and commercial driver's licenses, ensuring that customers are well-informed about the various restrictions and endorsements associated with these services.Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment, 80 hours bi-weeklyWork hours are 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, Tuesday - Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch.Overtime and travel to other Driver License Centers when neededTelework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
