Lender Services Specialist - RemoteOur Title Group is a leading full-service title and settlement services company, serving real estate companies, corporations, and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Headquartered in Mount Laurel, NJ, the Title Group is a nationally managed family of companies operating as a subsidiary of Anywhere Real Estate Inc. The Lender Services Specialist is responsible for coordinating required documents to the lender for each insured transaction, in addition to entering fees for the preparation of initial and final closing disclosures. Additional duties may include the delivery of Title Commitment packages to clients, agents, and other parties to the file. This is a fully remote and temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will reside in the Pacific time zone or be willing to work PST hours (8:30am-5:30pm).ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service and fee support for the Closing Teams, to include entering lender figures and balancing with lender.Review (Contract) Purchase Agreement to determine and enter transaction specific fee information into the transaction database.Field lender inquiries and requests for fee information and respond in a timely manner.
