Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Professional Lash Technician. Responsibilities include providing professional eyelash extension services to clients, applying individual lashes, maintaining lash hygiene, and ensuring client satisfaction. The technician will also assist clients with selecting appropriate lash styles and lengths, provide aftercare instructions, and ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in eyelash extension application and maintenance
• Knowledge of different lash styles and lengths
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• State or local licensing/certification in lash extensions (required)
• Knowledge of other beauty and skincare treatments (beneficial)
