This position is located in Manhattan Beach, CA or Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel program. Relocation assistance may be provided./ppThe selected candidate for this role will lead a team of Guidance, Navigation Control (GNC) engineers who will continue to mature the Guidance Systems Guidance Computer from Preliminary Design phase to a Critical Design Review and beyond. The role involves day to day management of the Guidance Computer team. The individual must be capable of leading a team in a highly dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off./ppYoull Bring These Qualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree with 8 years of related experience in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)/lili3 years of formal management experience to include performance reviews for direct reports./lili2 years of experience taking a system through a major design review and development./lili2 years of experience with program control (IMS, EVMS), budgeting, and staffing./liliMust be a US Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Top Secret with SAP clearance/li/ulpThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:/pulliSuccess taking a GNC system through a major design review/liliProposal Manager experience leading competitive proposals of $500M in value or greater./liliExperience training, leading, and directing activities of team members through execution of a formal proposal process./liliKnowledge and understanding of the U.S. Governments competitive acquisition process including federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFAR)/liliFamiliarity in working multiple colors of money in parallel (Direct, NCTA, Capital)/li/ulpPrimary Level Salary Range: $161,500.00 - $280,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
