Locums Tenens Program ManagerThe Locums Tenens Program Manager will support strategy and operations for the Locums program with Ascension.Responsibilities include:Provides Program Management support, with a focus on Vendor Management (VMS), including oversight of the Locum Tenens Life Cycle.Provides technical oversight with systems to overcome any obstacles.Manages contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and assists in achieving enterprise standardization.Delivers financial reporting & data analytics to stakeholders along with presentations.Collaborates with executive leadership and key stakeholders to drive process and program optimization.Leads change management while driving process improvement and operational efficiency.Provides oversight with Managed Service Agreements (MSA).Requirements include:High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.Additional preferences include:3-5 years of Locums experience strongly preferred.Experience working with Locums through a large, complex health care system strongly preferred.Expertise with a Vendor Management System strongly preferred.Technical Proficiency is a must.Why Join Our TeamAscension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
