As a QA Lead, you'll be part of a software engineering team that develops Lead to Cash functionality on the company Sales Cloud platform. You'll be responsible for leading testing efforts (strategizing, planning, scheduling, executing, reporting, etc.), but not starting from scratch (SF standard templates, processes, etc. are available, needing customization). The primary responsibility of this position is to execute functional and non-functional testing. You will also design, create, execute and maintain test plans, cases and scripts related to the company platform. Experience with latest tools, best practices, QA methods and SAFe Agile delivery is desired.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead test effort and a team comprising of testers in building and/or executing regression and functional test scenarios/cases

Identify opportunities to and automate testing, where appropriate

Identify, building, and execute QAT and UAT strategies for Data Migration effort

Write test cases and plans documented

Perform unit, functional, smoke, integrations and regression testing

Ensure sufficient test coverage, and test cases have traceability back to the business requirements (Test cases to Test Scenarios, to User Stories/Functional specifications to Features/Capabilities/Business Requirements etc.)

Liaise with the development team and key business users in Agile development projects - attending scrum review meetings and develop targeted test plans and cases.

Helping define and roll out improvements to testing and quality processes to bring uniformity across teams/workstreams

Work towards more efficient ways of testing using the best tools/methodologies.

Analyze requirements, develop a test strategy and test plan, build and execute manual and automated test cases, track and drive defects to closure and report results

Oversee a small team of testers to guide on best practices for QA, track progress for automated and manual testing

Required Skills:

Experience leading Test Data Creation and leading a Data Migration project QA for 10 or more years, leading QA teams for 5 to 7 or more years

Experienced in Data Migration from QAT to UAT, and leading UAT with as well as without test automations

Minimum 3+ years’ experience on a company implementation project through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience with latest tools, best practices, QA methods and SAFe Agile delivery

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate’s degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience)

Preferred Skills:

Experienced in leading teams to build and/or execute CICD automations in QAT and/or UAT Environments (Continuous Testing)

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
