Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer with expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and Human Resource Applications (version 9.0) and proficiency in PeopleTools (version 8.48). The ideal candidate will have experience working with Oracle Database Enterprise Edition (version 11g) and be adept in using Oracle SQL Developer for complex SQL scripting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain PeopleSoft Financials and HR applications using PeopleTools.
  • Utilize Application Designer, DataMover, Configuration Manager, and PeopleCode for development tasks.
  • Read and interpret database schemas, table keys, and relationships within Oracle Database.
  • Write complex SQL scripts to join multiple tables and extract data into CSV format using Oracle SQL Developer.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams during requirements gathering, design, and development phases.
  • Extract HR and Fiscal PeopleSoft legacy data to load into Workday Prism.
  • Validate data accuracy and create historical reports in Prism, merging current data from Workday Financial and HR systems.
  • Provide guidance and best practices for data extraction and report composition between Prism and PeopleSoft.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong experience with PeopleSoft Financials and Human Resource Applications (version 9.0).
  • Proficient in PeopleTools (version 8.48), including Application Designer, DataMover, Configuration Manager, and PeopleCode.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Database Enterprise Edition (version 11g) and Oracle SQL Developer.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with functional and technical staff.
  • Experience with Workday Prism, including data loading, publishing, and validation.
  • Ability to create comprehensive reports in Prism, integrating historical and current data from Workday systems.
  • Local candidates preferred for a hybrid work environment, but remote candidates will be considered based on qualifications.
