Distribution Center. Manage 5 direct reports (including 3 supervisors) and 30+ warehouse associates. Hands-on leadership role impacting warehouse performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. High visibility opportunity within a growing logistics network.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily distribution center operations for accuracy, productivity, and cost efficiency. Develop, coach, and engage supervisors and hourly warehouse staff. Drive continuous improvement across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Strengthen inventory control practices to ensure error-free, on-time order fulfillment. Manage budgets, equipment needs, capital investment, and vendor/3PL relationships. Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, and safety standards across all shifts. Collaborate with Planning, Transportation, Customer Service, and Sales to meet goals.What You'll BringBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted. 7+ years of leadership experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations. Proven track record driving improvement in safety, service levels, and operational KPIs. Strong knowledge of inventory systems, freight coordination, and WMS platforms. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
