Additionally, this position is responsible for leasing apartment homes, renewing leases organizing resident events, and ensuring effective communication and strong relationships with residents, prospects and vendors.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following list of responsibilities is representative of tasks required by the employee, however, should not be construed as a complete list of responsibilities the job may require.Ensure office, model and vacant unit opening and closing procedures are held to our high standards.Possess thorough knowledge of phone system utilized in office.Respond to all phone and email traffic.Assist with social media and reputation management.Greet and tour prospects and guests.Qualify prospects and ensure proper data entry on applications.Prepare lease documents for signature.Collect deposit, application, and rental income.Maintain accurate reporting and updating of leasing files and ledgers.Prepare move-in gifts.Perform in area market surveys.Interact with Service Team and assist where needed.Assist with in-house and outreaching marketing efforts.Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures.Competency/Minimum Qualifications: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate competency in the tasks below.
