And we do it all with heart, each and every day./ppPosition Summary: The Manager, Strategy and Implementations supports the Clinical Informatics Training Team by coordinating new Epic implementations, managing training environment strategy, and driving change management for training initiatives. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful training delivery, environment readiness, and continuous improvement. The Manager partners with Principal Trainers, operational, clinical, and technical teams to implement standardized training programs and support large-scale projects./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliImplementation Coordination: Support new Epic implementations and large projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and training standards. Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for training environment setup and readiness. Manage upgrade training activities, including content creation, environment updates, and delivery./liliTraining Environment Strategy: Assist in building and maintaining the Epic training environment, ensuring standards, integrity, and security access. Collaborate with Principal Trainers to support environment build and troubleshooting./liliChange Management Adoption: Lead change management efforts for training initiatives, including upgrades and workflow redesigns. Implement feedback mechanisms to gather and act on stakeholder input./liliCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Clinical Informatics, IT, Compliance, and operational leaders to align training with workflows, policies, and strategic initiatives. Facilitate effective meetings and communication across teams./liliReporting Support: Provide status updates and reporting on training activities, risks, and decisions needed. Support user education before and after go-live, including incident management related to training./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliMinimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare informatics, Epic training, or health IT, with at least 2 years in a project or training coordination role./liliExperience supporting Epic training programs in a healthcare environment./liliDemonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage training initiatives./liliUnderstanding of adult learning principles and instructional design./liliExperience with Epic training environments, including environment build and security access./liliStrong communication and organizational skills./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eLearning development tools./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliEpic certification in one or more modules (e.g., Ambulatory, Cadence, Professional Billing)./liliExperience with curriculum development and instructional design for Epic applications./liliExperience with system governance, policy and procedure documentation./li/ulpEducation:/pulliBachelors degree preferred./liliMasters degree preferred./li/ulpAnticipated Weekly Hours: 40/ppTime Type: Full time/ppPay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $159,120.00/ppGreat benefits for great people: We take pride in our comprehensive and competitive mix of pay and benefits investing in the physical, emotional and financial wellness of our colleagues and their families to help them be the healthiest they can be.
