This position will be full-time contract and remote.What You'll DoSchedule meetings, gather meeting topics, and prepare agendasMake copies, take notes during project meetings, document, and track action itemsAssist project management staff with documentation and load documents to appropriate SharePoint sitesPerform other related activities necessary to meet project goals and objectivesCollaborate as part of a team with two full-time dedicated scribes working directly with Project Managers for the duration of the projectsWhat You'll NeedRequired: 2+ years of experience capturing and distributing meeting minutes, documenting, and tracking action itemsPreferred: Experience supporting IT system modernizations, experience with Microsoft 365 and ALM solutionsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.
