Job Description Nurse Practitioner - Women's Health Yakima, WA Full-Time $140,000 - $150,000/year A well-established women's health practice in Yakima, WA is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment providing comprehensive care to women across various life stages. Key Responsibilities Conduct physical exams, pap smears, and other diagnostic procedures Diagnose and treat common gynecologic conditions, including UTIs, hormonal imbalances, and menstrual disorders Support patients through the practice's medical weight loss program, with a focus on safe and sustainable outcomes Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide patient education on preventive health, wellness, and lifestyle modifications Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation Requirements Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license (required) DEA registration (or willingness to obtain) (required) Minimum 2 years of experience in women's health (required) Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills Willingness to relocate to Yakima, WA prior to start date (preferred) Benefits Compensation & Benefits Annual salary: $140,000 - $150,000, based on experience Benefits package includes: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Retirement plan
