Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.Our Opportunity:The Sr Analyst, Finance, will lead cross-functional efforts to manage RBI's Services groups, partnering with the CPSO and their direct reports.Responsibilities:Lead Service G&A and Capex by providing monthly, quarterly, annual and long-range budget/forecastOwn G&A and Capex variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets/forecasts and prior year results for internal reportingPresent G&A and Capex monthly results to business owners. Responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of contentPresent to senior leadership G&A and Capex results on a monthly basisFinancial Analysis:Provide ad hoc support and financial modeling for various projects, producing actionable insightsIntroduce meaningful analytical models for cross-functional leadership team, identifying opportunities to help guide the CPSO strategic directionInvoice Processing:Collaborate with expense owners to create and manage purchase orders in CoupaReconcile existing purchase orders with internal Global Business Partners team by working with vendors to clear existing accounts/invoicesProcess invoices for payment within contractual payment termsCommunicate organized and accurate statuses of payments and purchase orders to internal teamsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineers, Math, Finance, Business, or related fieldHighly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Onestream /SAP/Coupa knowledge is preferredMinimum 3 years finance/accounting relevant professional experienceSelf-started with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environmentBenefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
