We have partnered with our client in facilities services in their search for an Interim Payroll Manager (3-5+ month assignment). Please be aware that this role entails a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days on-site in Roselle, IL. The preferred on-site days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with remote work on Wednesday and Friday. Ideal start time between 7-8am on-site.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in generating payroll reporting (internal and union audits) using ADP Workforce Now.
- The Payroll Manager will supervise the payroll functions of the organization, ensuring that payments are processed punctually, accurately, and in accordance with government regulations across various business units and payroll schedules.
- Additionally, they will serve as a subject matter expert and resource for payroll taxes, certified payroll, and union reporting.
- The manager will also guarantee that all union reporting and certified payrolls are filed accurately and promptly.
- Skilled in verifying and updating employee profiles accurately.
- Capable of addressing ADP-related inquiries and issues.
- Experience in overseeing payroll operations and serving as a backup processor.
Skills Required
- ADP Workforce Now experience required
- Expertise in calculating and handling Union Benefits and Union Reporting.
Education & Work Experience
- 5+ years payroll management experience
- CPP preferred
