If you are looking for a terrific GC that is still growing, with amazing culture and an excellent work life balance, this Construction General Superintendent opportunity could be for you.Job DescriptionThe Key Responsibilities for the General Superintendent include:Provide overall on-site leadership, coordination, and management of construction projects.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations.Anticipate and proactively address construction-related issues and challenges, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.Manage and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders.Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
