Our dedicated team is in search of Intensive-In-Community (IIC) providers who will deliver essential clinical services, behavioral modification, parent coaching, family therapy, substance abuse evaluations, counseling, and comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, tailored to individual employment circumstances.

Services are provided to clients in their homes.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Behavioral Therapy is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities: (depending on certification and licensing)

  • Adhere to protocols aligned with Medicaid regulations and associated systems, such as the Children System of Care (CSOC).
  • Facilitate individual and/or family therapy based on specific needs.
  • Collaborate with all service organizations involved with the family, including Care Management Organizations (CMO), Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS), Family Support Organizations (FSO), and the Department of Children Protection and Permanency (DCP&P), among others.

Contracted positions available across various counties with supervision provided.

Requirements:
For Intensive In-Community Providers (Non-Clinical Masters/CSW/LSW/LAC):

  • A Master's degree in a mental health discipline, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • A valid state license in good standing to practice in New Jersey.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in mental health services.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Flexibility and adherence to supervision requirements (which may vary based on employment status, certification, and licensing).
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.

For Intensive In-Community Provider (Clinical LCSW/LPC/LFT):

  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, along with a license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Practitioner of Counseling (LPC), or Licensed Family Therapist (LFT) in New Jersey.
  • Proficient clinical skills and experience in therapy and counseling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care to clients.
  • Flexibility and compliance with supervision requirements (which may vary based on employment status, certification, and licensing).
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Expected Work Hours:

  • Less than 10
  • 10-19
  • 20-29
  • 30-39

Job Types:

Compensation:
$75.00 per hour

Additional Qualifications:
