Job Summary:

The Carrier Onboarding Coordinator efficiently expands our carrier network by identifying high-demand lanes, verifying carrier credibility, and onboarding new carriers through warm-leads. They utilize various tools and platforms to maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify high-demand lanes using the Capacity Matrix and coordinate with managers for validation.
  • Use Carrier Sourcing Software to search for carriers in identified lanes.
  • Initiate contact with potential carriers via phone calls to assess interest.
  • Verify carrier credibility using Carrier Sourcing Software.
  • Provide onboarding paperwork through Highway.
  • Update the Capacity Matrix with onboarded carrier information.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and onboarding processes.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
