Travel required on a demand basis (punctual field visits, specific ad-hoc projects).A Taste of What You'll Be DoingEnsure Commercial Plan Execution: Implement and enhance POS KPIs in line with company goals, ensuring strong alignment between the team, supervisors, and merchandisers.Customer Development: Create business proposals and sustainable plans to develop customers, generating engagement and trust with customers and retail chains.Customer Focus: Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers at the point of sale (POS) and with local accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.Deliver Data-Driven Business Proposals: Create and present business proposals based on thorough data analysis, identifying and communicating insights and opportunities within the assigned zone.We're Looking for Someone With+2 years working as Sales Representative for CPG Companies, experience with local accounts being responsible of allowances and budget achievement.Experience managing Key Accounts is mandatory.
