Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital in Lynnwood, WA, you'll be a vital member of our care team. You'll support licensed nursing staff and ensure patients receive compassionate, high-quality care throughout their rehabilitation journey.Key Responsibilities:Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobilityObtain and accurately chart vital signs, weight, intake/output, and report significant changesSupport with meal setup, feeding assistance, and monitoring nutritional intakeRespond promptly to call lights and patient needsSafely transport patients to therapy and other hospital departmentsManage and safeguard patients' personal items (dentures, glasses, hearing aids, prosthetics)Maintain clean, organized, and safe patient rooms and common areasSupport with patient admissions, discharges, and transfersAssist licensed nurses during procedures and treatmentsCollaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team (nurses, therapists, physicians)Always protect patient privacy, dignity, and confidentialityOther duties may be assigned as needed.Pay - $40 per hourQualifications:Completion of an accredited CNA programCurrent Washington State CNA certificationValid CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)6+ months of experience in an acute care or long-term care setting preferredStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive payComprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k) with employer match, health, dental, and vision insuranceCareer development and advancement opportunitiesA supportive and collaborative workplace cultureThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their familiesAt Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital in Lynnwood, your work truly matters.
