They are known for their commitment to excellence and delivering quality results for their clients.Job DescriptionManage daily on-site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure accuracy. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Multifamily Superintendent should have:10 + years of Multifamily ground up construction experience (garden style advantageous)A strong background in construction management within the property industry.Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary of $140,000 - $150,000 plus bonus opportunities.
