Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 20252026 school year, serving school-aged students in a K-12 school-based setting near Yorktown Heights, NY. This role offers a 35-hour workweek and provides the opportunity to work collaboratively in an educational environment, supporting communication development and academic success. Responsibilities include: Evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and relevant education standards Delivering direct therapy to enhance students communication, academic, and social skills Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress across various settings Participating in Committee on Special Education (CSE) meetings and offering professional recommendations Maintaining thorough documentation of services, progress, and compliance Qualifications sought for this role: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible for New York State SLP licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology is highly valued Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and organization Benefits include competitive weekly pay, comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage for eligible employees, 401K with company matching, clinical advisory support, mentorship from licensed field experts, and license reimbursement opportunities.
