Retail Manager 3Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3 for East Texas A&M University located in Commerce, Texas, 45 minutes east of Dallas. ETAMU is a large account with services including resident dining, catering, concessions, internal Sodexo retail brands, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, and Jimmy Johns. ETAMU currently has approximately 12,000 students with 3,000 of those interacting with the campus daily. This position will oversee Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Jimmy John's, and concessions. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Joining us at one of our campus sites enables you to positively influence college students' well-being and create a healthy learning environment.Relocation Assistance is AvailableWhat You'll DoLead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processesTrain and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards.Conduct retail brand standard audits (in-house and national brands)Maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards (national and in-house brands)Manage the opening and closing the operation as well daily retail food service operationsEnsure all needed signage (including digital) is in placeManage vendor relationships and complianceMaintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in placeWhat We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
